Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Listelo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Listelo generates AI-assisted product listing drafts — titles, keywords, bullet points, descriptions and attributes — from the product photos and product facts you provide, formatted for the marketplace you select.

Listelo does not publish content to any marketplace on your behalf. You review, edit, copy or export every listing before you use it. Direct publishing is not offered.

Listelo is an independent product. Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, Faire, Mercari, Trendyol and Hepsiburada are trademarks of their respective owners, and Listelo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by them.

You need an account to generate listings. You may sign up with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent.

One credit generates one complete listing (from photos or from text). Requests that fail on our side do not consume credits.

Free plan: 3 listing generations per 24 hours, resetting at midnight UTC, with up to 3 photos per product. Studio only.

Paid plans grant a monthly allowance of credits: Starter 50, Pro 100, Business 250, Agency 500. Monthly plan credits are reset at the start of each new billing period and do not roll over.

One-time credit packs (purchased separately) never expire.

Pro, Business and Agency include 5 free AI regenerations per month; after those are used, each regeneration costs 1 credit.

Your saved Library keeps the newest 100 listings per account.

Photos per product are limited by plan (Free 3, paid 6). Bulk Studio capacity is limited by plan (Pro 20 products per run, Business and Agency 30).

We may adjust plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice. Changes never apply retroactively to credits you already hold.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record for Listelo. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes and invoices.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your plan is activated only after Paddle confirms the payment. Invoices are available from Settings → Plans & credits.

We never receive or store your full card details.

Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Contact support from Settings and we will review your request and respond.

You can request cancellation at any time from Settings → Plans & credits. We process the cancellation and confirm the effective date. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been used.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of a third party. You must have the right to use every photo you upload.

Do not abuse the free allowance — for example by creating multiple accounts, or by automating requests to obtain free listings. We may withdraw free access from accounts or networks that do this.

Do not attempt to bypass credits, quotas, rate limits or security controls, do not scrape or reverse engineer the Service, and do not resell or white-label it without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Listing content is generated by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a specific marketplace. Listelo flags claims it could not verify from your photos, but it does not guarantee accuracy.

You are responsible for reviewing every listing before you use it, for complying with each marketplace’s rules and policies, and for the accuracy of the product facts you provide or confirm. You must not publish claims that you cannot substantiate.

We do not guarantee sales, ranking, search visibility, conversion rates or any commercial result.

You keep ownership of the product photos, product information and listing content you create or upload.

You grant us the limited licence we need to operate the Service: to process your photos through our AI provider in order to generate listings, and to store the listings you save so you can edit and export them.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload the photos you use.

The Service, including its interface, design, text, brand and source code, is owned by Listelo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell it except as expressly permitted.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date on this page, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost sales.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
